 Some people find Cyclamate to have an unpleasant aftertaste, but generally less so than saccharin or acesulfame potassium. Cyclamate is often used synergistically with other artificial sweeteners, especially saccharin; the mixture of 10 parts cyclamate to 1 part saccharin is common and masks the off-tastes of both sweeteners. Cyclamate is less expensive than most , including sucralose, and is stable under heating. Cyclamate is the sodium or calcium salt of cyclamic acid. Sodium cyclamate is a white sheet crystal and has such advantages as steady character,good water-solubility,excellent moisture proofness,high sugariness(50 time more than sucrose),delicious taste,long storage duration and low cost.Above all, Sodium cyclamate  is nontoxic and safe.
